Shelf Life
Shelf life is 6 month to 1 year under good storage condition. The product shall be stored in cool dry conditions free from strange odor and smell.

Product Description:
Our desiccated coconut is made from the finest quality fresh Vietnamese coconut.
The fresh white coconut meats are carefully dehydrated to retain the full natural flavor. The scientific name for coconut is Cocos nucifera, from the Latin word nux («nut») and ferre («carry»). Botanically, the coconut fruit is a drupe, not a true nut.
The coconut palm is so highly valued by them as both a source of food and medicine that it is called «The Tree of Life». The coconut provides a nutritious source of coconut meat, juice, milk, and oil that has fed and nourished populations around the world for generations.
Coconut is highly nutritious and rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It is classified as a “functional food” because it provides many health benefits beyond its nutritional content.
Coconut improves digestion, supports the immune system, reduces the risk of heart disease and cancer, and has antioxidant properties. Coconut milk and pulp are rich in micronutrients, rejuvenating and improving vision. It is also recommended to use at the ear pain and urological diseases.

Desiccated Coconut Powder is graded for the purposes of commercialization by its cutting sizes into two grades (fine grade and medium grade where fine grade is smaller particle size than the medium grade):
- Fine Grade is small size granulated coconut powder.
- Medium Grade is medium size granulated coconut powder.
Desiccated Coconut is categorized into full fat (high fat) or reduced fat (low fat):
- Coconut high fat content - 65 % + / - 3%
- Coconut low fat - 45 % + / - 3%
Desiccated Coconut has a pleasant delicate taste of coconut, contains up to 60 % of coconut oil is rich in vitamins, micronutrients and minerals. It’s widely used in the food industry for its unique taste and excellent blending properties with other food ingredients.
